Tasting Notes
Fun and bright, exploding with freshly picked crapple apple and lemon rind. Some delicate elderflower and fuzzy peach round out this zesty nose. The palate follows with similar tones with the addition of underripe apricot, subtle white flower and gooseberry. Light and electric with mouth watering acid.
Light bodied. Dry/high acid.

100% Abbotsford field blend: 60% Madeleine’s (Angevine/Sylvanner), 27% Siegerrebe 13% Kerner
24hr skin maceration. The juice was cold racked over 12/14 days to help drop out the solids. Fermented in steel. Gravity racked for bottling preparation. Bottled at 0.7brix for light bubble expression. We planned to not to disgorge. We disgorged. 13 months lees aging.
